IEEE 1603

IEEE 1603, also known as the 1603 Standard for an Advanced Library Format (ALF), is an IEEE standard that describes a data specification language for library elements used in ASIC design applications for integrated circuits. ALF can model behavior, timing, power and noise, hot electron, electromigration, antenna effects, physical abstraction and physical impelementation rules of library elements.[1][2]
